7-Day No Questions Asked Return & Refund Policy

At Al Yashfeen, customer satisfaction comes first. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order—no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be unused or only minimally used.
The product must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include all accessories, labels, and any complimentary items received with the order.

Simply contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

If you received:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item

We will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns made under our 7-Day No Questions Asked policy for personal reasons, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have been excessively used, intentionally damaged, or tampered with.
